A\u00e7\u0131klamada 30 Ekim tarihinde hisse ba\u015f\u0131na br\u00fct 29,760 TL, net 28,2720 TL \u00f6denmesi teklifinin Genel Kurulda oy \u00e7oklu\u011fu ile kabul edildi\u011fi belirtildi. <\/p>\n

B\u00f6ylece Ford Otomotiv bu y\u0131l ikinci kez temett\u00fc da\u011f\u0131tm\u0131\u015f olacak. Temett\u00fc verimi son fiyata g\u00f6re %3,30 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. <\/p>\n

15.633.687,40 TL\u2019sinin di\u011fer sermaye yedeklerinden, 1.130.228.395,19 TL\u2019sinin yasal yedeklerden, 9.285.400.926,20 TL\u2019sinin ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc yedeklerden ve 11.818.591,21 TL\u2019sinin ise ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131l karlar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131; ayr\u0131lacak 1.044.308.160 TL tutar\u0131ndaki ikinci tertip yasal yede\u011fin:1.563.368,74 TL\u2019sinin di\u011fer sermaye yedeklerinden, 113.022.839,52 TL\u2019sinin yasal yedeklerden, 928.540.092,62 TL\u2019sinin ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc yedeklerden ve 1.181.859,12 TL\u2019sinin ise ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131l karlar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131,<\/p>\n

\u2013 SPK d\u00fczenlemelerine g\u00f6re haz\u0131rlanan finansal tablolar uyar\u0131nca nakden da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lacak 10.443.081.600 TL\u2019nin 9.312.853.204,81 TL\u2019sinin ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc yedeklerden, 1.130.228.395,19 TL\u2019sinin yasal yedeklerden kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 ve ayr\u0131lacak 1.044.308.160 TL ikinci tertip yasal yede\u011fin 931.285.320,48 TL\u2019sinin ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc yedeklerden, 113.022.839,52 TL\u2019sinin yasal yedeklerden kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131,<\/p>\n

\u2013 Vergi mevzuat\u0131 uyar\u0131nca yap\u0131lan hesaplamalara g\u00f6re, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lacak 10.443.081.600 TL kar pay\u0131n\u0131n 1 TL nominal de\u011ferli pay i\u00e7in br\u00fct 29,7600 TL (%2.976,00), net 26,7840 Kr (%2.678,40) olarak \u00f6denmesi,<\/p>\n

\u2013 Kar pay\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n, kaydile\u015ftirme d\u00fczenlemeleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, Merkezi Kay\u0131t Kurulu\u015fu A.\u015e.<\/p>\n

taraf\u0131ndan belirlenen esaslara g\u00f6re 30 Ekim 2023 tarihinden itibaren yap\u0131lmas\u0131.<\/p>\n
