1)\u00a0\u015eirket\u2019in 1.000.000.000 TL kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kalmak\u00a0\u00fczere, 100.000.000 TL tutar\u0131ndaki \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin, mevcut ortaklar\u0131n\u00a0yeni pay alma haklar\u0131n\u0131n tamamen k\u0131s\u0131tlanmas\u0131 suretiyle, 25.000.000 TL\u00a0tutar\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131larak 125.000.000 TL\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lmas\u0131na,<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0\u0130hra\u00e7 edilecek 25.000.000 TL nominal de\u011ferli (B) Grubu paylar\u0131n, sermaye\u00a0piyasas\u0131 mevzuat\u0131 ve ilgili mevzuat h\u00fck\u00fcmleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde halka arz\u00a0edilmesine,<\/p>\n
