B\u00f6ylece temett\u00fc verimi son fiyata g\u00f6re %4.82 oldu<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>(*) Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu\u2019nun 2014 y\u0131l\u0131 Ocak ay\u0131nda yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 K\u00e2r Pay\u0131 Rehberi uyar\u0131nca k\u00e2r da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131, konsolide k\u00e2r rakam\u0131 esas al\u0131narak yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 31.12.2023 d\u00f6nem k\u00e2r\u0131na TMS 19 uyar\u0131nca ayr\u0131lan 36.750.000 TL tutar\u0131ndaki \u201cPersonele \u00d6denecek Temett\u00fc Kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d da eklenmi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca, 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verilen Giri\u015fim Sermayesi Yat\u0131r\u0131m Fonu i\u00e7in tahsis edilen 122.500.000 TL, ilgili mevzuat\u0131n \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc istisnadan yararlan\u0131larak k\u00e2r da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131na konu edilmemi\u015ftir. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, \u015eirketin KKTC\u2019de y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc faaliyetlerden kaynaklanan 30.297.234 TL tutar\u0131ndaki k\u00e2r, KKTC mevzuat\u0131 uyar\u0131nca d\u00f6nem k\u00e2r\u0131ndan indirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<div class=\"kanews-banner kanews-banner-single\">\n<div style=\"min-height:280px\" data-empower-zone=\"159899\" class=\"empower-ad\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>(**) \u015eirketimiz Esas S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u2019nin 33. maddesinin (a) bendine g\u00f6re net k\u00e2r\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n %5\u2019i, \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayenin  \u2019sine ula\u015f\u0131ncaya kadar kanuni yedek ak\u00e7e ayr\u0131labilmektedir. \u015eirketimizin \u00f6denmi\u015f sermayesi \u015fu anda 430.000.000 TL olup s\u00f6z konusu tutar\u0131n  \u2019si de 86.000.000 TL\u2019ye denk gelmektedir. Hali haz\u0131rda kanuni yedek ak\u00e7elerimizin toplam\u0131 da 86.000.000 TL\u2019ye ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r.
