A\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015eirket y\u00f6netim kurulunun, 19 Nisan 2024 tarihinde \u00f6denmek \u00fczere hisse ba\u015f\u0131na br\u00fct 40,9090909 TL, net 36,8181818 TL temett\u00fc da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verdi\u011fi belirtildi. B\u00f6ylece temett\u00fc verimi son fiyata g\u00f6re .66 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Temett\u00fc teklifi genel kurulda ortaklar\u0131n onay\u0131na sunulacak. Do\u011fu\u015f Oto\u2019nun a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 verim, bu y\u0131l temett\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131klayan t\u00fcm \u015firketler aras\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131k ara en iyi temett\u00fc verimi oldu. <\/p>\n

\u015eirketimiz, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 faaliyetleri sonucunda\u00a0elde etti\u011fi k\u00e2r\u0131n, TTK h\u00fck\u00fcmleri, SPK mevzuat\u0131 ile esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmemiz, k\u00e2r da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m politikam\u0131z, uzun vadeli stratejimiz, yat\u0131r\u0131m ve finansman politikalar\u0131, karl\u0131l\u0131k ve nakit durumu dikkate al\u0131narak k\u00e2r da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m tablosunda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fekliyle tevzi edilerek; nakden k\u00e2r da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n toplam 11.500.000.000 TL olarak belirlenmesi, bu tutardan 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde \u00f6demesi yap\u0131lan\u00a02.500.000.000 TL k\u00e2r pay\u0131 avans\u0131n\u0131n mahsup edilmesinden sonra kalan 9.000.000.000 TL\u2019nin nakden da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131na\u00a0ve k\u00e2r pay\u0131 \u00f6demelerine 19 Nisan 2024 tarihi itibar\u0131yla ba\u015flanmas\u0131na\u00a0ili\u015fkin teklif genel kurulun onay\u0131na sunulacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n
