Genel Kurul \u015firket esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi, T\u00fcrk<br \/>Ticaret Kanunu, Kar Pay\u0131 Tebli\u011fi ve vergi mevzuat\u0131 uyar\u0131nca hesaplanan da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir net<br \/>d\u00f6nem k\u00e2r\u0131n\u0131n, k\u0131smen veya tamamen da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verebilir. Paylar\u0131 halka arz edilerek<br \/>Borsa \u0130stanbul Anonim \u015eirket\u2019inde i\u015flem g\u00f6ren \u015firketlerin k\u00e2r da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m karar\u0131 almalar\u0131 zorunlu<br \/>de\u011fildir.
