B\u00f6ylece temett\u00fc verimi son fiyata g\u00f6re %2,76 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>G\u00f6lta\u015f G\u00f6ller B\u00f6lgesi \u00c7imento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.\u015e. y\u00f6netimi taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan ve BDO Denet Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z Denetim ve Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k A.\u015e taraf\u0131ndan denetlenen, 1 Ocak 2023 \u2013 31 Aral\u0131k 2023 hesap d\u00f6nemine ili\u015fkin, TMS\/TFRS esas\u0131na g\u00f6re haz\u0131rlanan finansal tablolar ile yasal kay\u0131tlara g\u00f6re olu\u015fan finansal tablolar\u0131n incelenmesi sonucunda ekte yer alan kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m tablosunda g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczere;<\/p>\n<div class=\"kanews-banner kanews-banner-single\">\n<div style=\"min-height:280px\" data-empower-zone=\"159899\" class=\"empower-ad\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>2023 y\u0131l\u0131 yasal kay\u0131tlara g\u00f6re haz\u0131rlanan Solo Gelir Tablosu Net Kar\u0131 636.067.724,91 TL \u00fczerinden; T\u00fcrk Ticaret Kanunu\u2019nun 519. maddesi uyar\u0131nca ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken %5 oran\u0131ndaki genel kanuni yedek ak\u00e7enin, 31.12.2023 itibariyle VUK kay\u0131tlar\u0131nda mevcut kanuni yedek ak\u00e7e tutar\u0131 sermayenin  \u2019lik s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lmamas\u0131na, 636.067.724,91 TL l\u0131k net d\u00f6nem kar\u0131na (2.736.456,73 TL) l\u0131k ba\u011f\u0131\u015f ve yard\u0131mlar\u0131n ilavesi ile toplam (638.804.181,64 TL)\u2019s\u0131ndan \u015firket esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi h\u00fck\u00fcmleri ve kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m politikas\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayeyi temsil eden paylara sermaye piyasas\u0131 mevzuat\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde (127.760.836,33 TL) tutar\u0131nda I.temett\u00fc ayr\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra kalan tutardan  (51.104.334,53 TL) ihtiyari yedek ak\u00e7e, %3 (15.331.300,36 TL) y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyelerine, %5 (25.552.167,27 TL) \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara ayr\u0131lmas\u0131na, Yeni T\u00fcrk Ticaret Kanunu\u2019nun 519. maddesi gere\u011fince da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lacak kar pay\u0131 \u00f6denmi\u015f sermayenin %5\u2032 inin \u00fcst\u00fcnde olmas\u0131 nedeniyle kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131ndan (24.014.346,76 TL)\u2019 s\u0131 II.
