Benzer \u015firketlerin NAD hesaplama metodolojisiyle uyumlu olabilmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan R\u00f6nesans Gayrimenkul Yat\u0131r\u0131m NAD hesaplan\u0131rken, 31\/12\/2023 tarihli gayrimenkul de\u011ferleme raporlar\u0131 ve 30\/09\/2023 tarihli ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z denetimden ge\u00e7mi\u015f finansal tablolar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 yerinde buluyoruz.<br \/>\uf0fc Nihai de\u011ferleme a\u015famas\u0131nda Net Aktif De\u011fer ve Piyasa \u00c7arpanlar\u0131 e\u015fit a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kland\u0131r\u0131larak nihai de\u011fer tespit edilmi\u015ftir.
