i) \u015eirketimizin 500.000.000 TL tutar\u0131ndaki kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 dahilinde, mevcut 110.000.000 TL olan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin, 110.000.000 TL Emisyon Primi hesab\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmak suretiyle toplam 110.000.000 TL art\u0131r\u0131larak 220.000.000 TL\u2019ye y\u00fckseltilmesine,<\/p>\n

ii)\u015eirket sermayesinin 0 oran\u0131nda bedelsiz olarak art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda yeni ihra\u00e7 edilecek, 20.000.000 TL nominal de\u011ferli 20.000.000 adet (A) grubu ve 90.000.000 TL nominal de\u011ferli 90.000.000 adet (B) grubu paylar\u0131n, pay sahiplerine \u015eirket sermayesindeki mevcut paylar\u0131 oran\u0131nda bedelsiz olarak ve Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Mevzuat\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kaydi sisteme ili\u015fkin d\u00fczenlemeleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde usul\u00fcne uygun \u015fekilde da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131na,<\/p>\n

iii)Bu karar kapsam\u0131nda ba\u015fta Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu, Borsa \u0130stanbul A.\u015e., Merkezi Kay\u0131t Kurulu\u015fu A.\u015e. olmak \u00fczere, ilgili merciler nezdinde gerekli ba\u015fvurular\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131na ve bunun i\u00e7in gerekli t\u00fcm dok\u00fcmanlar\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131na<\/p>\n
