T\u00fcrk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Mevzuat\u0131, Kurumlar Vergisi, Gelir Vergisi ve di\u011fer yasal mevzuat h\u00fck\u00fcmleri, esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmemizin k\u00e2r da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin maddeleri ve K\u00e2r Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m Politikam\u0131z dikkate al\u0131narak; \u015eirketimizin Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu\u2019nun II-14.1 Tebli\u011fi\u2019ne uygun olarak ve T\u00fcrkiye Muhasebe Standartlar\u0131 esas al\u0131narak haz\u0131rlanan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z denetimden ge\u00e7mi\u015f finansal tablolar\u0131na g\u00f6re, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 net d\u00f6nem k\u00e2r\u0131 olan 479.372.761 TL\u2019den, yasal s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131na ula\u015fmas\u0131 nedeniyle Genel Kanuni Yedek Ak\u00e7e ayr\u0131lmayarak, net da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir d\u00f6nem k\u00e2r\u0131 479.372.761 TL olarak hesaplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Hesaplanan da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir k\u00e2r \u00fczerinden;
