Maddesine ge\u00e7ildi. \u015eirket\u2019in kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m politikas\u0131 do\u011frultusunda haz\u0131rlanan,<br \/>d\u00fczenlemelere uygun olarak Genel Kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131ndan en az 3 hafta \u00f6nce \u015eirket\u2019in<br \/>www.mobiltel.com.tr kurumsal internet sitesinde, \u015eirket Merkezi\u2019nde, Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma<br \/>Platformu\u2019nda ve Merkezi Kay\u0131t Kurulu\u015fu A.\u015e\u2019nin Elektronik Genel Kurul Sistemi\u2019nde duyurulan<br \/>Y\u00f6netim Kurulu\u2019nun 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 kar\u0131n\u0131n da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 konusundaki teklifi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeye a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131.
