Y\u00f6netim Kurulu\u2019nun 29 May\u0131s 2024 tarih ve 4 say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131yla; 01.01.2023 \u2013 31.12.2023 hesap d\u00f6nemine ait, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu\u2019nun II.14-1 say\u0131l\u0131 tebli\u011f h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine uygun olarak haz\u0131rlanan 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 konsolide finansal tablolar\u0131na g\u00f6re ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan kardan; Genel ekonomik ihtiyati tedbirler ve devam eden s\u00fcnger yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 ve tamam\u0131n\u0131n Ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc Yedek olarak ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 teklif genel kurulun bilgisine ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne sunuldu.
