Pay Geri Al\u0131m Program\u0131n\u0131n Genel Kurulca onaylanmas\u0131n\u0131n Y\u00f6netim Kurulu\u2019na verilen bir yetki niteli\u011finde oldu\u011fu ve pay geri al\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilece\u011fine dair bir taahh\u00fct i\u00e7ermedi\u011fi, piyasa \u015fartlar\u0131, ekonomik ve ticari ko\u015fullar, i\u015flem hacimleri veya \u015eirket\u2019in finansal durumunun uygun olmamas\u0131 durumunda hi\u00e7 pay al\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmeyebilece\u011fi veya belirlenen azami pay say\u0131s\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131lmadan program\u0131n sonland\u0131r\u0131labilece\u011fi, program\u0131n s\u00fcresinin 1 y\u0131l oldu\u011fu ve geri al\u0131ma konu azami pay adetinin sermayenin %5\u2019ine tekab\u00fcl eden 6.046.875 adet oldu\u011fu ve 2024 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk 6 ayl\u0131k finansal sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 kamuya a\u00e7\u0131klanana dek geri al\u0131m i\u00e7in belirlenen \u00fcst fiyat limitinin 1 TL nominal de\u011ferli pay i\u00e7in 31.03.2024 tarihli konsolide olmayan finansal durum tablosu dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 16,275 TL oldu\u011fu belirtildi.
