Hisse sahiplerine her 1 lot hisse i\u00e7in 2,7 lot bedelsiz hisse verilecek ve 1 lot hisseye kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k toplam 3,7 lot YEOTK hissesi olmu\u015f olacak. Burada ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131lmamas\u0131 gereken en \u00f6nemli nokta, hisse senedi fiyat\u0131nda verilecek bedelsiz pay oran\u0131nda b\u00f6l\u00fcnme yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 k\u0131sm\u0131d\u0131r. Bunu bir \u00f6rnekle a\u00e7\u0131klamak gerekirse; Yeo Teknoloji\u2019nin &#8216;0 oran\u0131nda bedelsizi i\u00e7in hak kullan\u0131m tarihinde hisse senedi fiyat\u0131n\u0131n 200 TL oldu\u011fu varsay\u0131l\u0131rsa; Elinde 100 lot YEOTK hissesi olan bir yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 bedelsiz \u00f6ncesi 100 lot ve toplamda 20.000 TL\u2019lik hisse senedi sahibidir. Bedelsiz sonras\u0131 ayn\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 370 lot hisse sahibi olacak ancak hisse fiyat\u0131 &#8216;0 bedelsiz oran\u0131nda b\u00f6l\u00fcnerek 54,,054 TL\u2019ye d\u00fc\u015fece\u011fi i\u00e7in elinde yine toplam 20.000 TL\u2019lik hisse senedi olacakt\u0131r.
