Be\u015fikta\u015f Futbol Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 Sanayi ve Ticaret A\u015e (BJKAS) pay piyasas\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen i\u015flemler ile ilgili olarak yap\u0131lan inceleme sonucunda a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki tabloda yer alan idari para cezalar\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131na karar verildi. 6362 say\u0131l\u0131 Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kanunu (SPKn) ve ilgili mevzuat kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lan incelemeler sonucunda, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki tabloda belirtilen su\u00e7 duyurular\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verildi.
