Birincil Piyasa\u2019da r\u00fc\u00e7han haklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan kalan 4.012.823,64 TL nominal de\u011ferli k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131 22.07.2024 \u2013 23.07.2024 tarihlerinde sat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m i\u015flemleri sonucunda \u015eirket\u2019in 240.000.000 TL \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesi 1.200.000.000 TL kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde 960.000.000 TL art\u0131r\u0131larak 1.200.000.000 TL\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yeni pay alma haklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lma s\u00fcresi (03.07.2024 \u2013 T 1 dahil 23.07.2024) i\u00e7erisinde 955.987.183,42 TL\u2019lik sermayeyi temsil eden paylar kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 955.987.183,42 TL sermaye art\u0131\u015f hesab\u0131na yat\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
