Toplam 23.520.000 adet pay\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen halka arza \u0130\u015f Yat\u0131r\u0131m Menkul De\u011ferle A.\u015e. ve Ata Yat\u0131r\u0131m Menkul K\u0131ymetler A.\u015e. liderlik edecek. Halka arzda sat\u0131lacak paylar\u0131n 9.408.000 adedi sermaye art\u0131\u015f\u0131 yolu ile, 14.112.000\u00a0adedi ise Tfi Tab G\u0131da Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 A.\u015e\u2019nin ortak sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yolu ile sat\u0131\u015fa sunulacak. Halk arz sonras\u0131 halka a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k oran\u0131 ,50 olacak olan \u015firketin paylar\u0131nda 30 g\u00fcn boyunca fiyat istikrar\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

SPK\u2019n\u0131n ilke kararlar\u0131 gere\u011fi bireysel yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara e\u015fit da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m y\u00f6ntemi ile yap\u0131lacak olan halka arz\u0131n\u0131n 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7inde tamamlanmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. Halka arza hangi bankalardan ve arac\u0131 kurumlardan kat\u0131l\u0131m yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 bilgisi onayl\u0131 izahnamede belirtilecek.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck patates fabrikalar\u0131ndan biri olan tesisimiz, 22.000 ton mamul madde ve 70.000 ton hammadde deposuna sahiptir.\u00a0T\u00fcrkiye donuk parmak patates t\u00fcketiminin 5 te 1 ini kendi \u00fcretim tesisinde \u00fcretmektedir.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Atakey tesisi, TFI \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131ndaki h\u0131zl\u0131 servis restoranlar\u0131n\u0131n (Burger King, Popeyes, Arby\u2019s, Usta D\u00f6nerci ve Sbarro) dondurulmu\u015f parmak patates ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamaktad\u0131r. Kurulu\u015f tarihinden belli bir s\u00fcre sonra fabrika \u00c7in\u2019deki Burger King restoranlar\u0131n\u0131n da parmak patates ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 tedarik etmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Atakey halihaz\u0131rda, 4.000 ton T\u00fcrkiye, 2.500 ton ise \u00c7in\u2019 deki 5 farkl\u0131 b\u00f6lgeye olmak \u00fczere ayl\u0131k 6.500 ton dondurulmu\u015f parmak patates \u00fcretimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
