A\u00e7\u0131klamaya \u015fu ifadeler ile devam edildi;<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u015eirketimiz,\u00a0teknolojik d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm hedefleri do\u011frultusunda operasyonel verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rmaya\u00a0ve t\u00fcm payda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir de\u011fer yaratmaya kararl\u0131d\u0131r. Gebze \u00dcretim\u00a0Tesisimizde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen teknolojik iyile\u015ftirmeler do\u011frultusunda yeni i\u015f\u00a0g\u00fcc\u00fc planlamas\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131 do\u011fmu\u015ftur. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, \u00f6ncelikle kendi r\u0131zas\u0131yla i\u015ften\u00a0ayr\u0131lmak isteyen 26 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131z ve Sendika ile yap\u0131lan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerde anla\u015fma\u00a0sa\u011flanan 68 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131z olmak \u00fczere toplam 94 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n i\u015f akdi\u00a0sonland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130\u015ften ayr\u0131lacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n t\u00fcm alacak ve haklar\u0131\u00a0eksiksiz olarak tazmin edilecek olup, yasal haklar\u0131na ilaveten ek \u00f6deme\u00a0yap\u0131lmas\u0131 karar\u0131 al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yap\u0131lacak \u00f6deme tutar\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 38 milyon TL\u2019d\u0131r.
