\u0130\u015fbu karar kapsam\u0131nda yasal izinlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu ve ilgili Bakanl\u0131\u011fa ba\u015fvurulmas\u0131 dahil gerekli her t\u00fcrl\u00fc i\u015f ve i\u015flemin ifas\u0131 i\u00e7in Y\u00f6netimin yetkilendirilmesine ve yap\u0131lacak genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda pay sahiplerinin onay\u0131na sunulmas\u0131na dair karar do\u011frultusunda, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu\u2019na 30.01.2025 tarihinde yap\u0131lan ba\u015fvurunun, Kurul\u2019un 04.02.2025 tarih ve E-29833736-110.04.04-67298 nolu yaz\u0131s\u0131 ile onayland\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. Kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ve esas s\u00f6zle\u015fme tadiline ili\u015fkin, Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na da gerekli ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n
