A\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015firketin 250.000.000 TL olan kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde 136.000.000 TL olan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin 108.800.000 TL nakit kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmak \u00fczere 136.000.000 TL\u2019den 244.800.000 TL\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin olarak sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 i\u015flemleri izahnamede belirtilen ko\u015fullar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde tamamlanarak \u015firketin yeni \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin 244.800.000 TL\u2019ye y\u00fckseldi\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n

F\u0131kras\u0131n\u0131n (c) bendi uyar\u0131nca \u015firket esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin \u201cSermaye \u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 6.maddesinin tadil edilmesine ili\u015fkin olarak uygun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131nmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu\u2019na yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz ba\u015fvurunun, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu\u2019nun 10.02.2025 tarih ve E-29833736-105.01.01.01-67628 say\u0131l\u0131 yaz\u0131s\u0131 ile onayland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
