b) 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda olu\u015fan 2.850.974-bin TL net d\u00f6nem zarar\u0131n\u0131n Tebli\u011f uyar\u0131nca haz\u0131rlanan finansal tablolar\u0131nda, 4.096.515-bin TL d\u00f6nem zarar\u0131n\u0131n ise VUK h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine g\u00f6re haz\u0131rlanan finansal tablolar\u0131nda s\u00f6z\u00fc edilen ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llar zararlar\u0131na aktar\u0131lmas\u0131na,<\/p>\n

c) \u0130\u015fbu teklifin 26 Mart 2025 tarihinde yap\u0131lacak Ola\u011fan Genel Kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda ortaklar\u0131n onay\u0131na sunulmas\u0131na karar verildi\u011fi ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
