\u015eirket taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen 28.02.2025 tarihli duyuru (https:\/\/www.kap.org.tr\/tr\/Bildirim\/1397112) ile \u015firketin kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131n\u0131n 2025-2029 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ge\u00e7erli olacak \u015fekilde 800.000.000,00 (sekiz y\u00fcz milyon) T\u00fcrk Liras\u0131\u2019ndan 10.000.000.000,00 (on milyar) T\u00fcrk Liras\u0131\u2019na y\u00fckseltilmesi ve ana s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin \u201c\u015eirketin Sermayesi\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 6. maddesinin bu y\u00f6nde de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu\u2019na 27.02.2025 tarihinde ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kamuoyuna duyurulmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

27.02.2025 tarihinde \u015firketin Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu\u2019na yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu ba\u015fvurunun, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan 28.02.2025 tarihinde onayland\u0131\u011f\u0131 onay yaz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u015firkete ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. T.C. Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 onay\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 sonras\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak ilk genel kurulun onay\u0131na sunulacak.<\/p>\n
