B\u00f6ylece temett\u00fc verimi son fiyata g\u00f6re %0,14 oldu. Y\u00f6netim Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan k\u00e2r da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u00f6nerisi a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibidir. \u00d6nerilen Kar Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m Tablosunun KAP\u2019da a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131na ve Genel Kurul\u2019un onay\u0131na sunulmas\u0131n\u0131 oy birli\u011fi ile karar verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk Ticaret Kanunu\u2019nun 519. maddesi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, mevcut birinci tertip yasal yedek ak\u00e7e sermayenin  \u2019sine kadar ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, birinci tertip yasal yedek ak\u00e7e olarak 9.705.733,79 TL ilave ayr\u0131lmas\u0131na<\/p>\n<p>a. 21.475.000 TL cari y\u0131l kar\u0131ndan ortaklara temett\u00fc,<br \/>b. 69.426.901, 21 TL cari y\u0131l kar\u0131ndan ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc yedek ayr\u0131lmas\u0131,<br \/>c. Ortaklara \u00f6denmesi \u00f6nerilen temett\u00fcn\u00fcn nakden ve 06.05.2025 tarihinde da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131na ba\u015flanmas\u0131,<br \/>d.
