TTK\u2019n\u0131n 519\/1\u2019inci maddesine g\u00f6re y\u0131ll\u0131k k\u00e2r\u0131n y\u00fczde be\u015fi, \u00f6denmi\u015f sermayenin y\u00fczde yirmisine ula\u015f\u0131ncaya kadar genel kanuni yedek ak\u00e7e olarak ayr\u0131lmak zorundad\u0131r. Yasal kay\u0131tlar\u0131 uyar\u0131nca hesaplanan y\u0131ll\u0131k kar esas al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ayr\u0131lmak durumunda bulunan genel kanuni yedek ak\u00e7e tutar\u0131 2.327.597 TL\u2019yi a\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan bu d\u00f6neme ili\u015fkin da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir kar bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bu teklifin Ola\u011fan Genel Kurul\u2019un bilgi ve onay\u0131na sunulmas\u0131na karar verildi\u011fi belirtildi. <\/p>\n
