SPK\u2019ya g\u00f6re haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f mali tablolardaki 38.863.566.166 TL net d\u00f6nem kar\u0131ndan pay sahiplerine 6.000.561.000 TL br\u00fct nakit temett\u00fc da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n ve 598.301.550 TL tutar\u0131nda genel kanuni yedek ak\u00e7e ayr\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n; b\u00f6ylece 1 TL nominal de\u011ferli pay i\u00e7in, br\u00fct 17,10 TL (Kar Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u00d6nerisi tablosundaki notta ifade edildi\u011fi \u015fekilde net 14,5350 TL) tutar\u0131nda ve br\u00fct % 1.710 (net % 1.453,50) oran\u0131nda temett\u00fc \u00f6denmesinin ve kalan 32.264.703.616 TL\u2019nin ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc yedek ak\u00e7e olarak ayr\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n,<\/p>\n

c. Vergi Usul Kanunu kay\u0131tlar\u0131na g\u00f6re 18.592.413.512 TL tutar\u0131ndaki 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 cari y\u0131l kar\u0131ndan 598.301.550 TL genel kanuni yedek ak\u00e7e ayr\u0131larak, 6.000.561.000 TL br\u00fct nakit temett\u00fc da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n, kalan 11.993.550.962 TL\u2019nin ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc yedek ak\u00e7e olarak ayr\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n;<\/p>\n

d. Temett\u00fc da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m tarihinin 03 Nisan 2025 olarak belirlenmesinin,<\/p>\n
