Tescil edilen kararlar aras\u0131nda, 21 Nisan 2025 tarihinde hak kullan\u0131m tarihi olmak \u00fczere hisse ba\u015f\u0131na br\u00fct\u00a0<strong>2,87<\/strong>\u00a0TL, net\u00a0<strong>2,4395<\/strong>\u00a0TL temett\u00fc da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin karar da yer ald\u0131. Tescil edilen temett\u00fc karar\u0131 metni \u015fu \u015fekilde;<\/p>\n<p>\u201c2024 y\u0131l\u0131 k\u00e2r\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m \u015feklinin, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lacak k\u00e2r ve kazan\u00e7 paylar\u0131 oranlar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesi g\u00fcndem maddesinin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclmesine ge\u00e7ildi. Y\u00f6netim Kurulu teklifi okunarak m\u00fczakereye a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Toplant\u0131 Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na verilen \u00f6nerge 6.590-TL olumsuz oya kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k 980.464.926,12- TL olumlu oy ile oy \u00e7oklu\u011fu ile kabul edildi. Genel Kurul taraf\u0131ndan tespit edilen tarih \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, Y\u00f6netim Kurulu\u2019nun k\u00e2r da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m teklifi oylamaya sunuldu.
