Anadolu Efes Birac\u0131l\u0131k ve Malt Sanayii A.\u015e. y\u00f6netimi taraf\u0131ndan T\u00fcrkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartlar\u0131 (TFRS) esas al\u0131narak haz\u0131rlanan ve PWC Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali M\u00fc\u015favirlik A.\u015e. taraf\u0131ndan denetlenen ve entegre faaliyet raporunda sunulan 01 Ocak \u2013 31 Aral\u0131k 2024 hesap d\u00f6nemine ili\u015fkin finansal tablolara g\u00f6re d\u00f6nem k\u00e2r\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmak \u00fczere \u015eirketimizin, hesap d\u00f6nemi sonu itibar\u0131yla \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesi (592.105.263 TL) \u00fczerinden 7,4 br\u00fct k\u00e2r da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 teminen her 1 TL nominal bedelli hisseye br\u00fct 1,2740 TL (net 1,0829<br \/>TL) k\u00e2r pay\u0131 olmak \u00fczere 754.342.105,062 TL tutar\u0131nda k\u00e2r\u0131n nakit olarak 27 May\u0131s 2025 tarihinden itibaren \u00f6denmesinin \u00f6nerilmesine y\u00f6nelik teklifi okundu.
