Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Mevzuat\u0131 ve Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu\u2019nun 14.02.2023 tarih ve 2023\/10 say\u0131l\u0131 b\u00fclteninde yer alan pay geri al\u0131m i\u015flemlerine ili\u015fkin ilke karar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, \u015eirketimiz Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun 15 \u015eubat 2023 tarihinde yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu toplant\u0131da al\u0131nan pay geri al\u0131m\u0131 program\u0131 karar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda; \u201cGeri Al\u0131m Program\u0131\u201d sonlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Geri Al\u0131m Program\u0131\u2019n\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte oldu\u011fu 3 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde yap\u0131lan al\u0131m i\u015flemleri tabloda g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede;- Geri al\u0131nan paylar i\u00e7in \u00f6denmi\u015f olan azami bedel pay ba\u015f\u0131na 8.90 T\u00fcrk Liras\u0131 ve ortalama bedel pay ba\u015f\u0131na 8.158 T\u00fcrk Liras\u0131;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Geri al\u0131nan toplam pay say\u0131s\u0131 1.250.000 adet ve bu paylar\u0131n sermayeye oran\u0131 % 0.71<\/p>\n

\u2013 Bu geri al\u0131mlar\u0131n maliyeti ise toplam 10,197,573.25 T\u00fcrk Liras\u0131<\/p>\n

olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f olup ile bu maliyet, \u015eirket\u2019in kendi \u00f6z kaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u015eirketimizin 27 Nisan 2023 tarihinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen Ola\u011fan Genel Kurul Toplant\u0131s\u0131\u2019nda \u201cGeri Al\u0131m Program\u0131\u201d d\u00e2hilinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen i\u015flemlerin \u00f6zeti mahiyetindeki bilgiler pay sahiplerinin bilgisine sunulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n
