Maddesi\u00a0gere\u011fince ve Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu\u2019nun (SPK) II-17.1 say\u0131l\u0131 Kurumsal Y\u00f6netim\u00a0Tebli\u011fi ve Kurumsal Y\u00f6netim \u0130lkeleri kapsam\u0131nda ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcye\u00a0adaylar\u0131n\u0131n 4.3.6 numaral\u0131 ilkede belirtilen \u201cba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z \u00fcye\u201d kriterlerinin tamam\u0131n\u0131\u00a0ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilen Sn. Ta\u00e7 K\u0131lavuz\u2019un Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcye\u00a0Aday\u0131\u201d olarak belirlenmesine karar verildi\u011fi, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z \u00fcye aday\u0131na y\u00f6nelik\u00a0g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f almak \u00fczere Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu\u2019na ba\u015fvuruda bulunuldu\u011fu belirtildi.<\/p>\n

SPK taraf\u0131ndan, Sn. Ta\u00e7 K\u0131lavuz\u2019un Kurumsal\u00a0Y\u00f6netim \u0130lkelerinin 4.3.6 no\u2019lu maddesinde yer verilen \u015fartlar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131na\u00a0ili\u015fkin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k beyan\u0131 ve \u00f6zge\u00e7mi\u015fi dikkate al\u0131narak, an\u0131lan y\u00f6netim kurulu\u00a0ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z \u00fcye aday\u0131 hakk\u0131nda herhangi bir olumsuz g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f bildirilmemesine karar\u00a0verildi\u011fi \u015firkete bildirildi\u011fi ifade edildi. <\/p>\n
