Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Mevzuat\u0131 ve Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu\u2019nun 14.02.2023 tarih ve 2023\/10 say\u0131l\u0131 b\u00fclteninde yer alan pay geri al\u0131m i\u015flemlerine ili\u015fkin ilke karar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, pay geri al\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131na, bu kapsamda;<\/p>\n

a)Pay geri al\u0131m program\u0131n\u0131n azami 3 ay s\u00fcreyle ge\u00e7erli olacak \u015fekilde belirlenmesine,<\/p>\n

b)Pay geri al\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in ayr\u0131labilecek azami fon tutar\u0131n\u0131n 35.000.000 TL olarak, al\u0131nacak azami pay adedinin ise 4.000.000\u2019u ge\u00e7meyecek \u015fekilde belirlenmesine,<\/p>\n

c)Pay geri al\u0131m i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lacak fonun, \u015eirketimizin \u00f6z kaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131na,<\/p>\n

d) \u0130\u015f bu karar kapsam\u0131nda, Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformu\u2019nda gerekli\u00a0\u00f6zel durum a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve pay geri al\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin karar\u0131n ilk Genel Kurul\u2019un bilgisine sunulmas\u0131 dahil her t\u00fcrl\u00fc i\u015f ve i\u015flem i\u00e7in Y\u00f6netimin yetkilendirilmesine<\/p>\n
