Halk arz sonras\u0131 halka a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k oran\u0131 ,56 olacak olan \u015firketin paylar\u0131nda 30 g\u00fcn boyunca fiyat istikrar\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Tamamen e\u015fit da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m ve Borsada sat\u0131\u015f y\u00f6ntemi ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen halka arzdan elde edilecek gelirin P-60\u2019\u0131 ile finansal bor\u00e7lar\u0131n kapat\u0131lmas\u0131, -20\u2019si ile yat\u0131r\u0131m harcamalar\u0131, -20\u2019si ile de i\u015fletme sermayesinin finansman\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Tamamen e\u015fit da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m y\u00f6ntemi ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi planlanan halka arzda T1-T2 bakiye kullan\u0131labilecek ve t\u00fcm banka\/arac\u0131 kurumlardan kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flanabilecek.
