Gerek mevzuat gerekse esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmemiz ve kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m politikam\u0131z gere\u011fi, elde olunan kardan yasal yedekler ayr\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra kalan\u0131n ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc yedeklerde muhafaza edilmesi,<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca Yasal kay\u0131tlar\u0131m\u0131zda yer alan enflasyon d\u00fczeltmesinden kaynaklanan 58.926.492,67 TL zarar\u0131n yine yasal kay\u0131tlar\u0131m\u0131zda yer alan sermaye d\u00fczeltmesi olumlu farklar\u0131na mahsup edilmesi hususunda Genel Kurul\u2019a \u00f6neride bulunulmas\u0131na,<\/p>\n
