Buna g\u00f6re Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu karar\u0131 uyar\u0131nca devreye al\u0131nan Volatilite Bazl\u0131 Tedbir Sistemi (VBTS) kapsam\u0131nda Vi\u015fne Madencilik \u00dcretim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.\u015e. (VSNMD) paylar\u0131 28\/05\/2025 tarihli i\u015flemlerden (seans ba\u015f\u0131ndan) 27\/06\/2025 tarihli i\u015flemlere (seans sonuna) kadar a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa sat\u0131\u015fa ve kredili i\u015flemlere konu edilemeyecek.<\/p>\n

\u201dNot: VBTS kapsam\u0131nda getirilen tedbirler, pay\u0131n i\u015flem g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc pazar\u0131n\/platformun i\u015flem kurallar\u0131, pazar de\u011fi\u015fimi veya di\u011fer nedenlerle uygulanan i\u015flem esaslar\u0131ndan ayr\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirilir. Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu\u2019nun (SPK) 05\/12\/2024 tarihli karar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yaln\u0131zca BIST 50 endeksi kapsam\u0131nda yer alan paylarda yap\u0131lmas\u0131na izin verilen a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa sat\u0131\u015f i\u015flemleri, 23\/03\/2025 tarihli kararla 25\/04\/2025 seans sonuna kadar yasaklanm\u0131\u015f olup, s\u00f6z konusu yasak SPK\u2019n\u0131n 18\/04\/2025 tarihli karar\u0131yla 30\/05\/2025 seans sonuna kadar uzat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n
