Ulusal Faktoring A.\u015e.\u00a0(ULUFA) taraf\u0131ndan 28 May\u0131s 2025 tarihinde Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformu\u2019na (KAP) yap\u0131lan bildirimde mevcut kar pay\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m oranlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcncellenmesi hakk\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klama yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Ulusal Faktoring A.\u015e.\u00a0hisse haberleri<\/h2>\n

\u015eirketin 06.05.2025 tarihinde yap\u0131lan 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 Ola\u011fan Genel Kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda, \u015firket Esas S\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m ile ilgili maddesi ve ilgili mevzuat \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde hesaplanan 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir kar\u0131ndan; br\u00fct 157.100.000 TL (net 133.535.000,00 TL) tutar\u0131nda Birinci K\u00e2r Pay\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131na, 15.042.500 TL tutar\u0131nda Genel Kanuni Yedek Ak\u00e7e ayr\u0131lmas\u0131na, geriye kalan tutar\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n Ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc Yedek Ak\u00e7e olarak ayr\u0131lmas\u0131na ve k\u00e2r da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131na 23 Haziran 2025 tarihinden itibaren ba\u015flanmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015fti. Bu kapsamda 06.05.2025 tarihinde KAP\u2019ta kamuya duyurulan kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m tablosundaki 1 TL nominal de\u011ferli paya isabet eden kar pay\u0131, Genel Kurul tarihi itibariyle \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayeyi temsil eden 133.500.000 adet pay \u00fczerinden hesaplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u00c7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayenin tamam\u0131 i\u00e7 kaynaklardan kar\u015f\u0131lanmak suretiyle 540.000.000 TL\u2019na art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 nedeniyle, toplam da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lan kar pay\u0131 tutar\u0131 olan br\u00fct 157.100.000 TL (net 133.535.000,00 TL) ayn\u0131 kalmak kayd\u0131yla, 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir kar\u0131ndan 157.100.000 TL br\u00fct nakit kar pay\u0131n\u0131n mevcut \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayeyi temsil eden 540.000.000 adet pay \u00fczerinden da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fi belirtildi. Toplam da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lan kar pay\u0131 tutar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmedi\u011finden payda\u015flar\u0131n herhangi bir hak kayb\u0131 bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, 23 Haziran 2025 tarihinde hak kullan\u0131m\u0131 olmak \u00fczere hisse ba\u015f\u0131na br\u00fct 0,2909259 <\/strong>TL, net 0,2472870 <\/strong>TL nakit temett\u00fc da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verildi\u011fi ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
