\u015eirketimizin, 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 faaliyetleri sonucunda, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu (\u201cSPK\u201d) d\u00fczenlemeleri uyar\u0131nca haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f olan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z denetimden ge\u00e7mi\u015f finansal tablolar\u0131nda 224.359.169 TL net d\u00f6nem kar\u0131 olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n, Vergi Usul Kanunu\u2019na g\u00f6re haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f yasal kay\u0131tlar\u0131m\u0131z da yer alan 48.308.947 TL d\u00f6nem net kar\u0131 ile 76.058.714 TL tutar\u0131ndaki ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llar zarar\u0131n\u0131n netle\u015fmesi sonucunda net da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir kar bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, genel kanuni yedek ak\u00e7e ayr\u0131lmamas\u0131na ve SPK\u2019n\u0131n kar da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin d\u00fczenlemelerine uygun olarak, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir net d\u00f6nem kar\u0131ndan ortaklara kar pay\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmamas\u0131n\u0131n Genel Kurul\u2019a \u00f6nerilmesine, karar verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n
