SPK\u2019n\u0131n yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeni b\u00fcltende, Mega Polietilen K\u00f6p\u00fck Sanayi ve Ticaret A\u015e\u2019nin 1.000.000.000 TL tutar\u0131ndaki kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde 275.000.000 TL olan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin, mevcut ortaklar\u0131n yeni pay alma haklar\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tlanmaks\u0131z\u0131n tamam\u0131 nakden kar\u015f\u0131lanmak \u00fczere 825.000.000 TL\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 nedeniyle, ihra\u00e7 ve halka arz edilecek 550.000.000 TL nominal de\u011ferli paylara ili\u015fkin izahnamenin ve tasarruf sahiplerine sat\u0131\u015f duyurusunun Kurul taraf\u0131ndan onaylanmas\u0131 talebinin olumsuz kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131na karar verildi\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Mega Polietilen K\u00f6p\u00fck Sanayi A.\u015e.\u00a0(MEGAP), ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde \u015eirketin konkordato s\u00fcrecinde olmas\u0131 ve y\u00f6netim kurulunun\u00a0sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin 05.08.2024 tarih ve 2024\/09 say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131ndan sonra ge\u00e7en s\u00fcrede \u00f6nemli pek \u00e7ok de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fin oldu\u011fu\u00a0dikkate al\u0131narak; sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin y\u00f6netim kurulu karar\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0yeniden ele almaya karar vermi\u015f ve yeni bir bedelli sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 karar\u0131 alarak SPK\u2019ya ba\u015fvuruda bulunmu\u015ftu.
