Raporda \u015fu ifadeler kullan\u0131ld\u0131; \u201cG\u00fclermak, bug\u00fcne kadar d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda 300 kilometrenin \u00fczerinde t\u00fcnel, 120 yeralt\u0131 metro istasyonu ve 1.500 kilometreden fazla demiryolu\/y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 tren (YHT) hatt\u0131 projesini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. \u015eirket \u015fu ana dek anahtar teslim ve EPC (M\u00fchendislik, Tedarik ve \u0130n\u015faat) modelindeki metro ve rayl\u0131 sistemlerdeki deneyimiyle a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak yurt i\u00e7i ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda 100\u2019den fazla projeyi tamamlayarak teslim etmi\u015ftir. G\u00fclermak, 1\u00c725 itibar\u0131yla 4,65 milyar Euro backlog (imzalanm\u0131\u015f ama hen\u00fcz has\u0131lata d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmemi\u015f projeler) tutar\u0131na sahiptir. 1\u00c725\u2019te sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n c\u2019\u00fc metro, hafif rayl\u0131 sistem ve tramvay projelerinden sa\u011flan\u0131rken, demiryolu projelerinin katk\u0131s\u0131 , otoyol projelerinin katk\u0131s\u0131 ise $ seviyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. \u00c7e\u015fitlendirilmi\u015f bir proje portf\u00f6y\u00fcne sahip olan \u015firketin 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k 4 art\u0131\u015fla 1,3 milyar EUR\u2019ya, 2026\u2019da ise  art\u0131\u015fla 1,4 milyar EUR\u2019ya y\u00fckselmesini bekliyoruz. Net kar\u0131n 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda 160<br \/>milyon EUR\u2019ya, 2026 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise  art\u0131\u015fla 183 milyon EUR\u2019ya ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tahmin ediyoruz. \u015eirketin mevcut de\u011ferlemesini 2026 tahmini 5,9x Fiyat\/Kazan\u00e7, 5,1x Firma De\u011feri\/FAV\u00d6K ve 1,9x Fiyat\/Defter De\u011feri oran\u0131 ile cazip buluyoruz. 2025-2026 d\u00f6neminde ortalama F \u00f6zkaynak getirisi \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz G\u00fclermak\u2019\u0131n i\u00e7sel sermaye yarat\u0131m potansiyelinin hen\u00fcz yeterince fiyatlanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Operasyonel karl\u0131l\u0131k y\u00fckseli\u015f trendinde ilerliyor. \u015eirketin y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131ndan beri yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmeler toplam\u0131 43,3 milyar TL\u2019ye ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f olup \u015firketin 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 has\u0131lat\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 4\u2019\u00fcne denk gelmektedir. Mevcut backlog\u2019un v\u2019s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan metro ve hafif rayl\u0131 sistemlerin FAV\u00d6K art\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00f6nc\u00fc rol oynayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131<br \/>d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. FAV\u00d6K\u2019\u00fcn 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda 164 milyon EUR\u2019ya 2026 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise 183 milyon EUR\u2019ya ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 beklerken FAV\u00d6K marj\u0131n\u0131n 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda ,1\u2019e y\u00fckselece\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Uzun vadeli (2025-32) FAV\u00d6K marj\u0131n\u0131n ortalama ,5 seviyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesini bekliyoruz. Net nakdin VAF\u00d6K\u2019e oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckselmesini bekliyoruz. \u015eirketin b\u00fcy\u00fcmek i\u00e7in tercihi kendi \u00f6zkaynaklar\u0131 olup bor\u00e7luluk seviyesinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck tutmaya gayret etmektedir. 1\u00c725 itibar\u0131yla 31 milyon EUR (Kamu-\u00d6zel \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi kredisi d\u00fczeltilmi\u015f 95 milyon<br \/>EUR) nakit varl\u0131\u011fa sahip olan G\u00fclermak i\u00e7in 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 net nakdin FAV\u00d6K\u2019e oran\u0131n\u0131n 0,5x seviyesinden 2026 y\u0131l\u0131nda 0,8x\u2019e y\u00fckselmesini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Net i\u015fletme sermayesinin sat\u0131\u015flara oran\u0131n\u0131 tahmin aral\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda (2025-2032) ortalama %,3 olacak \u015fekilde makul bir seviyede \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fck.
