Halka arzda sat\u0131lacak paylar\u0131n 12.500.000 adedi sermaye art\u0131\u015f\u0131 yolu ile, 3.400.000 adedi ise ortak sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yolu ile sat\u0131\u015fa sunulacak. Halk arz sonras\u0131 halka a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k oran\u0131 %,44 olacak olan \u015firketin paylar\u0131nda 20 g\u00fcn boyunca g\u00fcnl\u00fck al\u0131m emri i\u015flemleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi planlan\u0131yor. Tamamen e\u015fit da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m ve borsada sat\u0131\u015f y\u00f6ntemi ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen halka arzdan elde edilecek gelirin B-45\u2019i ile yat\u0131r\u0131m harcamalar\u0131, -16\u2019s\u0131 ile yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 ve Ar-Ge \u00dcr-Ge harcamalar\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131rken, B-45\u2019inin \u0130\u015fletme sermayesinin finansman\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n
