(BASCM) paylar\u0131 12\/08\/2025 tarihli i\u015flemlerden (seans ba\u015f\u0131ndan) 11\/09\/2025 tarihli i\u015flemlere (seans sonuna) kadar emir paketi tedbiri ile i\u015flem g\u00f6recek. Emir paketi tedbiri, \u201cpiyasa emri ve piyasadan limite emir giri\u015finin k\u0131s\u0131tlanmas\u0131\u201d, \u201cemir iptalinin, emir miktar azalt\u0131m\u0131 ile emir fiyat k\u00f6t\u00fcle\u015ftirmesinin yasaklanmas\u0131\u201d ve \u201cemir toplama bilgi yay\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131s\u0131tlanmas\u0131\u201d uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 kapsamaktad\u0131r. \u0130lgili payda halihaz\u0131rda uygulanmakta olan ve VBTS kapsam\u0131nda \u00f6nceki a\u015famalarda tan\u0131mlanan tedbirler de (a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa sat\u0131\u015f ve kredili i\u015flem yasa\u011f\u0131 ile br\u00fct takas tedbirleri) emir paketi tedbirlerinin uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcre boyunca devam edecek.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNot: VBTS kapsam\u0131nda getirilen tedbirler, pay\u0131n i\u015flem g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc pazar\u0131n\/platformun i\u015flem kurallar\u0131, pazar de\u011fi\u015fimi veya di\u011fer nedenlerle uygulanan i\u015flem esaslar\u0131ndan ayr\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirilir. Buna g\u00f6re VBTS tedbirleri di\u011fer d\u00fczenlemeler veya kararlarla uygulamaya al\u0131nan i\u015flem esaslar\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7erlilik s\u00fcresinden ayr\u0131 olarak tedbir s\u00fcresinin sonuna kadar uygulanmaya devam eder.
