Buna g\u00f6re \u015eirket Y\u00f6netim Kurulu\u2019nun 17.08.2025 tarihli toplant\u0131s\u0131nda, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu\u2019nun VII-128.1 say\u0131l\u0131 Pay Tebli\u011fi\u2019nin 16 nc\u0131 maddesinin 4 nc\u0131 f\u0131kras\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde; \u015eirketin mevcut 21.750.120,88 TL olan sermayesinin, esas sermaye sisteminde, 47.000.000 TL\u2019si Sermaye D\u00fczeltmesi Farklar\u0131 hesab\u0131ndan, 93.004.835,20 TL\u2019si Ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc Yedekler, 730.000.000 TL\u2019si de Ge\u00e7mi\u015f Y\u0131l Karlar\u0131 hesab\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmak suretiyle 870.004.835,20 TL art\u0131r\u0131larak 891.754.956,08 TL\u2019ye y\u00fckseltilmesi, \u015eirket sermayesinin @00 oran\u0131nda bedelsiz olarak art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ihra\u00e7 edilecek sermayenin, her biri beheri 1- (Bir) Kuru\u015f nominal de\u011ferde 5.491.230.000 adet (A) grubu, 8.581.280.000 adet (B) grubu ve 72.927.973.520 adet (C) grubu paylar\u0131n pay sahiplerine \u015eirket sermayesindeki mevcut paylar\u0131 oran\u0131nda bedelsiz olarak ve Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Mevzuat\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczenlemeleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde usul\u00fcne uygun \u015fekilde da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda; sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin SPK ba\u015fvurusunun 26.08.2025 (bug\u00fcn) tarihinde yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. 26 A\u011fustos g\u00fcn\u00fc @00 oran\u0131nda bedelsiz sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ba\u015fvurusu yapan \u015firket Link Bilgisayar Sistemleri Yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve Donan\u0131m\u0131 Sanayi ve Ticaret A.\u015e.
