Formet Metal ve Cam Sanayi Anonim \u015eirketi\u2019nin GES (G\u00fcne\u015f Enerji Sistemi) ve yeni al\u0131nan ta\u015f\u0131maz\u0131n imalata haz\u0131r hale getirilmesi ve ta\u015f\u0131nma projelerinin finansman\u0131nda ve k\u0131sa vadeli kredi \u00f6demelerinde kullan\u0131lmak amac\u0131yla \u015eirketimizin 1.200.000.000 TL olan kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde 269.065.476 TL olan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesi 0 oran\u0131nda bedelli olarak 269.065.476 TL tutar\u0131nda nakden art\u0131\u015fla 538.130.952 TL\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacakt\u0131r.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bu kapsamda sermaye art\u0131\u015f\u0131na ili\u015fkin tahmini maliyetler dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u015eirket\u2019in sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131ndan 266.521.960 TL net fon elde etmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bedelli sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131ndan elde edilecek 266.521.960 TL\u2019lik net kayna\u011f\u0131n;<\/p>\n
