Migros Ticaret A.\u015e.\u00a0(MGROS) taraf\u0131ndan 8 Haziran 2023 tarihinde\u00a0Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformu\u2019na (KAP) yap\u0131lan bildirimde yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131rma hakk\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klama yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

7440 say\u0131l\u0131 bor\u00e7 yap\u0131land\u0131rmas\u0131 kanunundan faydalan\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verildi\u011fi ve \u015firkete ek bir \u00f6deme y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u00a0do\u011fmayaca\u011f\u0131 belirtilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, daha \u00f6nce \u00f6denen 388.254.572,06-TL \u00fczerinden hesaplama\u00a0yap\u0131larak 194.127.286,03 TL tutar\u0131n \u015eirkete iadesi i\u00e7in ilgili Vergi\u00a0Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n

12.03.2023 tarihli ve 32130 say\u0131l\u0131 Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe\u00a0giren \u201c7440 Say\u0131l\u0131 Baz\u0131 Alacaklar\u0131n Yeniden Yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ile Baz\u0131\u00a0Kanunlarda De\u011fi\u015fiklik Yap\u0131lmas\u0131na Dair Kanun\u201dun 3\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinin\u00a04 numaral\u0131 f\u0131kras\u0131 ile 9\/3-a-2 ve 9\/15\u2019inci maddeleri kapsam\u0131nda, \u015eirketimiz\u00a0taraf\u0131ndan evvelce duyurulan Rekabet Kurulu karar\u0131nca h\u00fckmedilen idari para\u00a0cezas\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131land\u0131rma imkan\u0131ndan faydalan\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n
