(CWENE) taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada; \u015eirketin 1.000.000.000 TL olan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin, Esas S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin \u201cSermaye ve Paylar\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 6. maddesi uyar\u0131nca 4.000.000.000 TL\u2019lik kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kalmak ko\u015fuluyla VUK kay\u0131tlar\u0131 ve TMS\/TFRS uyar\u0131nca haz\u0131rlanan enflasyona g\u00f6re d\u00fczeltilmi\u015f 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 mali tablolarda; \u201cNet Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir D\u00f6nem Kar\u0131\u201d hesab\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmak \u00fczere 78.290.009 TL artt\u0131r\u0131larak (%7,829 bedelsiz) toplam 1.078.290.009 TL\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin ba\u015fvurunun Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan uygun g\u00f6r\u00fclerek onayland\u0131\u011f\u0131 hususunun SPK\u2019n\u0131n 30 Ekim 2025 tarih ve 2025\/56 say\u0131l\u0131 b\u00fclteninde ilan edildi\u011fi belirtildi. Onayl\u0131 ihra\u00e7 belgesinin temini sonras\u0131 bedelsiz pay alma hakk\u0131 kullan\u0131m ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 tarihi belirtilerek yeniden a\u00e7\u0131klama yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n
