A\u00e7\u0131klamada Ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131k Proline Bili\u015fim Sistemleri ve Ticaret Anonim \u015eirketi, T\u00fcrksat A.\u015e. taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenen \u201cKaynak Planlama ve B\u00fcy\u00fck Veri Analiti\u011fi Platformu ile Dijital Demiryolu Y\u00f6netim Sistemi\u201d konulu ihaleye ili\u015fkin s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi 30 Ekim 2025 tarihinde imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. KAP bildiriminde \u015fu ifadelere yer verildi; \u201cS\u00f6z konusu Kaynak Planlama ve B\u00fcy\u00fck Veri Analiti\u011fi Platformu Projesi, demiryolu ekosistemindeki da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k operasyonel ve teknik verilerin tek bir b\u00fcy\u00fck veri analiti\u011fi platformunda toplanmas\u0131n\u0131; karar destek sistemleri, \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcsel bak\u0131m, kapasite ve enerji optimizasyonu ile \u015feffaf raporlama s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin hayata ge\u00e7irilmesini hedeflemektedir. Dijital Demiryolu Y\u00f6netim Sistemi Projesi ise demiryolu sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde lisanslama, tescil, tip onay, emniyet kritik personel, bak\u0131m ve belgelendirme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin tek bir dijital platformda birle\u015ftirilmesini ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bu kapsamda geli\u015ftirilecek sistem sayesinde kamu otoriteleri, sekt\u00f6r i\u015fletmecileri ve vatanda\u015flar aras\u0131ndaki bilgi ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 tamamen dijitalle\u015fecek; s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin h\u0131zlanmas\u0131, \u015feffaf ve izlenebilir hale gelmesi sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r. Proje ayn\u0131 zamanda uluslararas\u0131 standartlarla uyumlu, \u00f6l\u00e7eklenebilir ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir dijital altyap\u0131 sunacakt\u0131r. \u0130hale kapsam\u0131nda \u20ba665.000.000.- (KDV hari\u00e7) bedel \u00fczerinden imzalanan s\u00f6zle\u015fme do\u011frultusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ivedilikle ba\u015flat\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Konuya ili\u015fkin geli\u015fmeler yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z ve kamuoyu ile payla\u015f\u0131lmaya devam edilecektir.\u201d<\/p>\n
