De\u011fi\u015fiklikle, TL mevduat\u0131n vadesinin uzamas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik amac\u0131yla 3 aydan uzun vadeli TL hesaplarda zorunlu kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k oran\u0131 s\u0131f\u0131rland\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>Merkez Bankas\u0131ndan taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c2023 Y\u0131l\u0131 Para Politikas\u0131 ve Lirala\u015fma Stratejisi Metni\u2019nde, lirala\u015fma stratejisi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde uygulanacak politikalar\u0131n, bankac\u0131l\u0131k sisteminin hem varl\u0131k hem de y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck taraf\u0131nda T\u00fcrk liras\u0131n\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kal\u0131c\u0131 olarak art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilerek kullan\u0131lmaya devam edilece\u011fi belirtilmi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan do\u011frudan temin edilen 6 aydan uzun vadeli yabanc\u0131 para y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerdeki art\u0131\u015f i\u00e7in 2023 y\u0131l sonuna kadar zorunlu kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k oranlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde s\u0131f\u0131r olarak uygulanmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir.
