Bu ak\u015fam yay\u0131mlanan b\u00fcltende,\u00a0bir \u015firketin bedelsiz sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na onay verildi. Buna g\u00f6re \u015eirketin 500.000.000 TL kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde 289.800.000 TL olan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu\u2019nun (\u201cSPK\u201d) Kay\u0131tl\u0131 Sermaye Sistemi Tebli\u011fi (II-18.1)\u2019ndeki \u201cHer t\u00fcr i\u00e7 kaynak ile kar pay\u0131n\u0131n sermayeye ilave edilmesi suretiyle ve birle\u015fme, b\u00f6l\u00fcnme ve benzeri genel kurul karar\u0131 gerektiren i\u015flemler neticesinde, her bir tavan kapsam\u0131nda bir defaya mahsus olmak \u00fczere kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 a\u015f\u0131labilir.\u201d h\u00fckm\u00fcne istinaden, tamam\u0131 i\u00e7 kaynaklardan kar\u015f\u0131lanmak suretiyle `0 oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f ile beheri 1 Kr nominal de\u011ferde 173.880.000.000 adet hamiline yaz\u0131l\u0131 C grubu pay kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 1.738.800.000 TL art\u0131r\u0131larak 2.028.600.000 TL\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak. Y\u00fczde 600 oran\u0131nda bedelsiz onay\u0131 alan \u015firket Alarko Gayrimenkul Yat\u0131r\u0131m Ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 A.\u015e. (ALGYO) oldu. <\/p>\n
