S\u00f6z konusu paylar\u0131n de\u011feri Almanya\u2019da kurulu Konfident Steuerberatungsgesellscharft mBH firmas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan 23.06.2023 tarihli de\u011ferleme raporunda 41.428.662,61 Euro olarak belirlenmi\u015fir.<\/p>\n

Peker GmbH, b\u00fcnyesinde Northgate D\u00fcsseldorf projesini (https:\/\/www.pekergyo.com\/projeler\/northgate-dusseldorf\/) bar\u0131nd\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu proje; D\u00fcsseldorf, Almanya\u2019da yer alan 26.200 m2 br\u00fct kapal\u0131 in\u015faat alan\u0131na sahip projedir. 11.600 m2 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki arsa \u00fczerinde geli\u015ftirilen projede toplam 24.000 m2 net kullan\u0131m alan\u0131 (8.400 m2 otel, 5.800 m2 boarding, 1.800 m2 ofis, 8.000 m2 ortak kullan\u0131m alan\u0131) bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u0130n\u015faat\u0131na 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flanan 431 odal\u0131 otel projesinin 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
