Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 mevzuat\u0131 ile \u015eirket Esas S\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin 19. maddesi ve 24.03.2025 tarihli Genel Kurul\u2019da ortaklar taraf\u0131ndan onaylanan \u015eirket Kar Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m Politikas\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde; gerek VUK gerekse TFRS esas\u0131na g\u00f6re haz\u0131rlanan finansal tablolarda faaliyetlerin zarar ile sonu\u00e7lanmas\u0131 nedeniyle kar pay\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lmamas\u0131n\u0131n \u015eirket Ola\u011fan Genel Kurul Toplant\u0131s\u0131\u2019nda ortaklar\u0131n onay\u0131na sunulmas\u0131na karar verildi\u011fi belirtildi. <\/p>\n
