Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu (SPK), 30 Aral\u0131k 2025 tarihinde yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcltende Agrotech Y\u00fcksek Teknoloji ve Yat\u0131r\u0131m A.\u015e.\u00a0(AGROT) bedelsiz sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na onay vermi\u015fti. Buna g\u00f6re \u015eirketin 1.200.000.000 TL olan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin 5.000.000.000 TL kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde 1.029.244.493,26 TL\u2019si sermaye enflasyon d\u00fczeltmesi olumlu farklar\u0131ndan ve 170.755.506,74 TL\u2019s\u0131 ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc yedeklerden kar\u015f\u0131lanmak suretiyle 0 oran\u0131nda 1.200.000.000 TL tutar\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131larak 2.400.000.000 TL\u2019na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin bedelsiz pay alma hak kullan\u0131m ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 tarihinin 07.01.2026 olarak belirlenmesine karar verilmi\u015fti.
Bug\u00fcn yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015eirketin 1.200.000.000 TL olan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin, 5.000.000.000 TL kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde, 1.029.244.493,26 TL\u2019si sermaye enflasyon d\u00fczeltmesi olumlu farklar\u0131ndan ve 170.755.506,74 TL\u2019si ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc yedeklerden kar\u015f\u0131lanmak suretiyle 0 oran\u0131nda, 1.200.000.000 TL tutar\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131larak 2.400.000.000 TL\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 ile tadil edilen Esas S\u00f6zle\u015fme\u2019nin Sermaye ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 6.
