B\u00f6ylelikle \u015eirketin taahh\u00fcd\u00fcnde bulunan proje realize edilerek, elde edilecek gelirin tamam\u0131n\u0131n Akfen GYO\u2019ya ait olaca\u011f\u0131 ve Akfen GYO\u2019nun likiditesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131 belirtilerek \u015fu ifadeler kullan\u0131ld\u0131;<\/p>\n

Q\u2019lik hissesi 31.03.2021 tarihinde sat\u0131n al\u0131nan \u0130stanbul, Kad\u0131k\u00f6y\u2019deki S\u00f6\u011f\u00fctl\u00fc\u00e7e\u015fme tren istasyonu Y\u00fcksek H\u0131zl\u0131 Tren Gar\u0131 projesi kapsam\u0131nda 2 y\u0131l izin \u2013 ruhsat, 2 y\u0131l in\u015faat s\u00fcresi ve 2051 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar i\u015fletmek \u00fczere kiralanmas\u0131 i\u015finin sahibi F\u0131ratcan \u0130n\u015faat Ticaret ve Turizm A.\u015e.\u2019nin kalan I\u2019luk hissesi, SPK mevzuat\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda haz\u0131rlat\u0131lan 17.07.2023 tarihli de\u011ferleme raporunda tespit edilen de\u011ferin %8 alt\u0131nda fiyatla 10 milyon EUR kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 TL\u2019ye sat\u0131n al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sat\u0131n al\u0131nan \u015eirketin taahh\u00fcd\u00fcnde TCDD\u2019nin S\u00f6\u011f\u00fctl\u00fc\u00e7e\u015fme Y\u00fcksek H\u0131zl\u0131 Tren Gar\u0131 Projesi mevcut olup s\u00f6z konusu proje 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda tamamlanacak, ticari alanlar 2051 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar i\u015fletilecektir.\u00a0<\/p>\n
