A\u00e7\u0131klamada SPK ile yap\u0131lan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler neticesinde bedelsiz karar\u0131nda g\u00fcncelleme yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereklili\u011fi do\u011fdu\u011fu ve bedelsiz sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 oran\u0131n\u0131n T,15525 olarak g\u00fcncellendi\u011fi belirtildi. \u015eirket ilk karar\u0131nda bedelsiz sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 oran\u0131n\u0131n 2,09378 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu ile yap\u0131lan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler neticesinde Y\u00f6netim Kurulumuzun 07.07.2023\/23 ilgi tarih ve nolu karar\u0131nda g\u00fcncelleme yapma gere\u011fi has\u0131l olmu\u015ftur. Bu kapsamda \u015eirketimiz Y\u00f6netim Kurulu 25.07.2023 tarihli toplant\u0131s\u0131nda 5.000.000.000 TL olan kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde 1.063.862.501 TL olan \u015eirketimiz \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesinin, \u015firket i\u00e7 kaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmak \u00fczere toplam 576.137.499 TL art\u0131r\u0131larak 1.640.000.000 TL\u2019 ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131; bedelsiz sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ve \u015firket esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin \u201cSermaye ve Paylar\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 8.maddesinin tadili do\u011frultusunda g\u00fcncelleme karar\u0131 alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130zin ve onay verilmesi amac\u0131yla Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu\u2019na en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.
